Refund policy

 We want you to love your Furmass purchase. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags attached. Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
